At Lehigh Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Download and print the generated prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure easy tracking of your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the unworn items in the original manufacturer's box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
